The answer to the question was that the Witch was modeled on Shirley from Eastenders. 
 She will be up for sale on my Etsy shop very soon. 
I hope to resume blogging regularly again by the end of the week.  I now have internet reconnected to my house and am just waiting for them to send me the modem, apparently they have already sent one that got "lost" so I am not holding my breath waiting for it. Anyone thinking of joining Primus for phone and internet be prepared for a very long wait...
